Russia's Forecaster Warns of Fires in Southern Grain Regions

May 16 (Bloomberg) -- Russia's Southern Federal District has a high danger of wildfires due to dry weather from May 16-18, the Federal HydrometeorologicalCenter says on website. *Krasnodar region and North Caucasus Federal District will have heavy rains, thunder, strong wind on May 16-17
