Russia May Purchase Up to 6 Million Tons of Grains, Ikar Says

March 14 (Bloomberg) -- Russia may purchase as much as 6 million metric tons of grains for government stockpiles in 2013-14, Dmitry Rylko, general director of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies, told reporters today at a conference in Moscow. The purchases may consist mostly of wheat and corn, according to Ikar, as the institute is known.
