IKAR in Mass MediaRussia's 2013/14 grain crop seen at up to 92 mln T-IKARBELOKURIKHA, Russia, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Russia, historically one of the world's largest wheat exporters, may harvest 87-92 million tonnes of grain in 2013/14, with an exportable surplus of about 22 million tonnes, the head of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) said. Dmitry Rylko, the head of IKAR, also told a grain conference in the Siberian town of Belokurikha on Thursday Russia could be expected to import 1 million tonnes of grain in 2013/2014.
