Russia’s Grain Exports Seen at Up to 15 Million Tons, Ikar Says

July 31 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s grain exports are seen at 12 million to 15 million metric tons, according to the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies, known as Ikar.

Dmitry Rylko, Ikar ’s director, was speaking at an online conference today.
