IKAR in Mass MediaForecast Shows Increase in Russian Wheat Harvest for 2025 Despite Export ChallengesRussian Wheat Harvest Predictions for 2025 In Russia, predictions for the wheat harvest in 2025 are currently suggesting an increase to 89 million tons. The Director of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR), Dmitry Rylko, shared the projections during the Agricultural Holdings of Russia – 2025 conference. Initially, Rylko’s team had forecast an output of approximately 88.5 million tons. However, the possibility of reaching 89 million tons is now on the table. Gradual Increase in Output Expectations Analysts initially anticipated a modest “compact harvest” this year. Gradually, however, these estimates have been revised upwards thanks to the promising outlook for a record leguminous crops yield. Rylko reported that total grain and leguminous crops production could touch the 139 million tons mark. This would comprise around 88.5 million tons of wheat and approximately 16 million tons of corn, a substantial yield indeed. 12 декабря 2025 года Source: cropgpt.ai | #grain | Comments: 0 Views: 24
