Russia's IKAR consultancy cuts 2020 wheat crop forecast

MOSCOW, April 20 (Reuters) - Agriculture consultancy IKAR on Monday said it had cut its forecast for Russia's 2020 wheat crop to 77.2 million from 79.5 million tonnes.

The forecast was lowered due to unfavorable weather conditions for the upcoming crop in Russia's southern regions, Dmitry Rylko, the head of IKAR, told Reuters.
