Invoice for payment in dollars, euro & yuan are issued at the current exchange rate on the day of invoicing.

Entry to the Conference is possible only with a badge issued to the participant at the Conference.

The conference package consists of:

• Cocktail and buffets (evening, 07/23)
• Welcome coffee and refreshments (07/24)
• Lunch (07/24)
• Closing buffet (07/24)
• All presentations will be available to conference participants via special internet access*

* The information provided at the event, including presentations of the participants, is commercial information (confidential), therefore the Participant has no right to use it for resale or other distribution, as well as to acquaint third parties with it, without the consent of the Executor. Breach of confidentiality is recognized as a material breach of the conditions of participation in the Conference, in which case the Customer is obliged to refund the Executor for the losses caused to him in full.

Full refunding: cancelations in written form (followed by organizers’ confirmation) not later than June 22, 2026.

50% refunding: cancelations in written form (followed by organizers’ confirmation) not later than July 10, 2026.

Cancelations made after July 10, 2026 will not be refunded.
