The recent Russian government Decree No.839 as of September 23, apparently paves the way to the registration, and commercial introduction of GM-crops in Russia from July 2014. Such a decision might have a dramatic long-term impact on the entire domestic agribusiness and its positioning on the global food system. However there are too many uncertainties, and domestic and foreign agribusiness managers have myriad of questions on what GM-Crops, where, when, and how...
