IKAR in Mass and Industry Media Russia's 2013/14 grain crop seen at up to 92 mln T-IKAR Reuters BELOKURIKHA, Russia, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Russia, historically one of the world's largest wheat exporters, may harvest 87-92 million tonnes of grain in 2013/14, with an exportable surplus of about 22 million tonnes, the head of the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) said. Dmitry Rylko, the head of IKAR, also told a grain conference in the Siberian town of Belokurikha on Thursday Russia could be expected to import 1 million tonnes of grain in 2013/2014. Russian officials are targeting an ambitious harvest of 95 million tonnes this year, after 71 million tonnes last year when the country was hit by drought. 28.02.13
