IKAR in Mass and Industry Media Successful execution of 12-th Convention of the Russian Grain Union IKAR On September 12 the 12-th Russian Grain Union annual Convention has taken place at Baltshug Kempinsky hotel, Moscow. IKAR played as strategic partner of RGU in the Convention organization. The overwhelming interest to the event on the part of domestic and international grain community made organizers stop registering participants week before the event. Altogether more than 200 persons representing more than 150 companies attended the convention. Reps from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Latvia and other countries joine dtheir Russian colleagues. The event was sponsored by Ingosstrakh (general sponsor), Buhler, Bunge, Fortis Bank, Getex, Rabobank, Standard Bank, and other companies. The speakers from USDA, USWA, Rabobank, Rosselkhozbank, IKAR, RGU, and other organizations and agencies made covered wide spectrum of domestic and international grain and oilseed market issues: from GMO wheat to outcomes of most recent acquisitions on the domestic oil crush market.
