IKAR downgrades its forecast for Russia's 2020/21 wheat exports

MOSCOW, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Russian agriculture consultancy IKAR said on Monday it had downgraded its forecast for Russia's 2020/21 wheat exports to 37.5 million tonnes from previously expected 40.0 million tonnes.

The forecast was downgraded due to Russia's decision to impose a wheat export tax and expectations of lower crop in 2021, IKAR said in a note.
