IKAR ups forecast for Russia's 2017 wheat crop to 81-84 mln T

MOSCOW, Sept 1 (Reuters) - IKAR, a leading agriculture consultancy in Russia, raised on Friday its forecast for the country's wheat output and exports to 81-84 million tonnes and 31-33 million tonnes, respectively.

IKAR said it was also raising its estimate for Russia's total grain crop and grain exports to 131-134 million tonnes and 41.5-44.0 million tonnes.

IKAR previously forecast Russia's 2017 wheat crop at 79-82 million tonnes and exports at 30-32 million tonnes.
