XXI International Conference
«Black Sea Grain and Oilseeds 2015/16»

The Russian Grain Union and the Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) with a support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Eurasian Economic Commission announce their XXI International Conference Black Sea Grain and Oilseeds 2015/16, September 10, 2015 at «Azimut Moscow Olympic Hotel», Moscow.

Historically the conference is key sector event of grain season. The contours of new harvest are already clear , but the market conjuncture and controller actions are still formed.

There expected participation of 250-300 guests of the conference. Among them are representatives of biggest domestic agroholdings, domestic and multinational traders, millers and feed millers, oilseed crushers, export terminal managers, banks, and domestic policy makers.

Traditionally the most actual themes will be represented to participants:

• World agricultural markets: Situation and Outlook. Keynote speaker: Dan Basse, President of AgResource
• More exact harvest figures in three FSU Black Sea countries: volumes and quality
• Floating export duty: first results and longer consequences
• Grain interventions in 2015/16: goals, forms, scale
• Winter crops sowing
• Oilseeds: situation and outlook

The third Moscow Grain Dinner will be held after the conference for the heads of companies.
